Principal SAP GTM and Sales Specialist, EMEA Public Sector

Overview

In this role you drive the GTM strategy and execution for SAP workloads on AWS across EMEA and APJ, focusing on SAP workloads and partner-led solutions. You lead co-sell motions with SAP and partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to position AWS as the cloud provider of choice for SAP customers. You engage with strategic customers in multiple regions, oversee growth metrics, and build strong executive-level relationships to accelerate SAP adoption and compliance-driven cloud strategies.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and execute the GTM strategy for SAP workloads in EMEA Public Sector with SAP and partners
Support strategic customers in India and Asia Pacific based on demand
Collaborate with field teams (Sales specialist, Partner sales, Marketing, Demand Gen, and other Specialists) to drive SAP workloads (Migration, Data and GenAI)
Drive co-sell with SAP for SAP RISE on AWS, SAP BTP, SAP Sovereign Cloud, and SAP SaaS products
Leverage SAP expertise to understand customer challenges and enable account-aligned teams
Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets/accounts and identify new opportunities with customers and partners
Set and achieve long-term growth goals and KPIs, including revenue and non-revenue targets
Deliver regular business reviews and operational planning documents
Build and maintain executive relationships with SAP and partners in the region
Position AWS value proposition with European Sovereign requirements and SAP on AWS solutions
Establish oneself as a regional thought leader

Zentrale Anforderungen

Knowledge of SAP systems and their architecture (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP BO)
Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners
Proven ability to manage SAP stakeholders and build trust
Understanding of SAP best practices in stakeholder management
German language skills (preferred)
