Overview

In this role you support the Trident offshore windfarm during its operational phase, providing expert HSE guidance to site management. You will help foster a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement through the We Care ethos, behavioral safety, wellbeing and sustainability initiatives. You will engage with on-site teams and contractors to mitigate risks and support HSE standards across offshore and onshore activities. This position combines field presence with governance, aiming to strengthen safety leadership and drive measurable HSE performance. Verantwortungsbereiche

Provide independent HSE advice to site management for the offshore windfarm
Promote and integrate high safety standards and a strong HSE culture on site
Support continuous improvement initiatives through We Care, wellbeing and sustainability programs
Engage with teams and contractors to reduce risks and uphold HSE rules
Create, review and maintain HSE documentation for the site as directed
Contribute to annual HSE KPIs and targets for the site and wider business
Conduct regular workplace inspections onshore and offshore
Plan and record feedback from emergency response drills

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Health and Safety related discipline
Higher safety qualification; environmental qualification desirable
Audit/root cause analysis credentials (ISO 45001/14001 internal auditor, root cause analysis)
HSE professional qualification per German law (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit)
GWO Basic Safety Training desirable
Minimum 5 years’ HSE experience, preferably in offshore wind, energy or oil & gas
Experience implementing a certifiable HSE Management System
Strong German and English communication; other languages advantageous
