Director, Engineering - Platform (Fully Remote)

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams responsible for building and maintaining the core platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• 5+ years in a Director-level role managing multiple teams and leaders.
• Proven expertise in platform engineering, distributed systems, and site reliability.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $240,000 to $300,000 USD.
