Director Group Portfolio Execution (all genders) part/full-time

As Director Integration & Carve-Out you will own end-to-end integration and carve-out execution for strategic deals within a mission-driven, cross-functional team. You will lead multi-workstream programs from due diligence through post-closing, coordinating with business leaders to realize value and ensure country-level delivery. You will design structured implementation plans, manage governance and stakeholder alignment, and drive timely decisions while safeguarding regulatory compliance. This role offers visibility across sectors and a clear impact on synergies, operating models, and transition strategies.

• Represent integration interests during due diligence
• Own end-to-end integration or carve-out projects with full accountability across workstreams
• Design and drive structured implementation strategies with adaptive planning
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams
• Drive creation and sign-off of future target operating models
• Oversee country-level delivery and high-impact governance
• Lead fast decision-making, risk management, and course corrections
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Plan and manage integration/separation costs; manage post-closing services (MSAs, TSAs)
• Coach and develop junior team members; evolve best practices
• Report progress against milestones and financial/non-financial targets; escalate to senior leadership
• Create handover roadmaps and transition plans

• Master’s degree in related fields; 6+ years in global, matrixed organizations
• 6+ years in management consulting or similar, with cross-functional leadership
• 2+ years leading operational post-merger integrations or carve-outs across deal types
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in Life Science / Healthcare or Electronics industries
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Strategic and operational balance; agile and adaptable in ambiguous environments
• Credible relationship-building with teams and C-suite; strong business acumen
• Data-driven decision-making with ROI and KPI understanding
