Director of Clinical & Cost Containment (Fully Remote)

• Lead clinical cost containment strategy and vendor evaluation.
• Support stop-loss carrier engagements and claims risk mitigation.
• Enable sales teams with clinical content and client presentations.
• Base salary range $130,000-$150,000.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related clinical field; RN license preferred.
• 5+ years in clinical cost containment, case management, or self-funded consulting.
• Deep knowledge of self-funded plan design, medical coding, and cost containment vendors.
