• Full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles from intake to offer across geographic markets.
• Initially focus on RN hiring, later expand to physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.

Sourcing and Pipeline:

• Build active pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, clinical associations, and niche communities.
• Target passive candidates from staffing agencies, GLP-1 clinics, and outpatient settings.
• Conduct structured screens for licensure, availability, compensation, and role fit.

Process and Reporting:

• Maintain clean ATS records and deliver regular pipeline updates to stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and analytics while ensuring candidate experience.
• Track time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness metrics.
