Supervisor, Talent Acquisition (Fully Remote)

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Drive accountability through performance management and outcome-based metrics.
• Address performance gaps and uphold high standards of execution.

Executive-Level Requisition Ownership:

• Manage executive and senior-level searches for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor on search strategy and candidate assessment.
• Ensure confidential searches reflect high standards of professionalism and candidate experience.

Operational Excellence:

• Drive consistent application of talent acquisition processes and tools.
• Implement standardized reporting and analytics for key performance indicators.
• Provide data-driven insights to HR and business leadership for informed decision-making.

Strategic Talent Advisory & Continuous Improvement:

• Act as a senior talent partner to align recruiting priorities with organizational strategy.
• Leverage metrics to evaluate performance and guide improvements.
