Director of Compliance (Fully Remote)

• The Director of Compliance leads the hospice compliance program and the Clinical Compliance/Audit team.
• Oversees regulatory risk, audit governance, and corrective action management.

Key Duties:

• Manages internal audits, policy governance, and external audit responses (TPE, CERT, UPIC).
• Leads investigations and corrective action plans across all operating markets.

Requirements:

• Active RN license and hospice/home health clinical background required.
• 5+ years healthcare compliance experience including 2+ years in leadership.
