New Website Experience Sr. Director (Fully Remote)

• You will own the evolution of Wellhub's website to an Agentic Website Experience and Operations model, where AI agents handle content assembly and optimization.
• Reporting to the VP of Marketing Operations, you'll lead product managers, UX designers, and developers to deliver on this vision.
• This is a hands‑on strategic role requiring a clear point of view on where agentic AI creates leverage versus risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the website roadmap, conversion rate optimization strategy, and experimentation program.
• Own website performance measurement, automated reporting, and visitor behavior analysis using tools like Amplitude and Looker.
• Lead the design system, design‑to‑code operating model, and evaluate AI orchestration tools for the website.
