Director of AI Automation (Fully Remote)

• VetsEZ is seeking a Technical Director of Quality Assurance to support the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• This role is fully remote and requires residing within the continental US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive enterprise test automation and quality engineering strategy across multiple products, platforms, and delivery teams.
• Establish testing standards, governance frameworks, quality metrics, and best practices to ensure consistent software quality.
• Serve as executive escalation point for critical quality issues and lead root-cause analysis and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and software delivery.
• 7+ years leading enterprise QA organizations and quality engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
