Director of Human Resources (Fully Remote)
Stellenbeschreibung:
- Lead HR compliance, governance, and employee relations across SSP and partner brands, including escalations, investigations, and unemployment claims.
- Partner with operations and safety on construction workforce compliance, OSHA recordkeeping, workers' compensation, and drug/alcohol testing programs.
- Drive HR integration for acquisitions, standardize policies and payroll processes, and support brand leadership across a decentralized construction environment.
