Director of Paid Social (Fully Remote)

• We're hiring a Director of Paid Social to own and grow our paid media department.
• This is a senior leadership role for someone ready to build something, not just maintain it.

What you'll own:

• Team leadership and development of 5+ paid media specialists.
• Department performance across every client in the paid book.
• Strategy across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube.

What success looks like in your first 6 months:

• The team is operating at a higher standard with systems and playbooks in place.
• Client retention is up and at least one account has expanded scope.
• Performance metrics are trending in the right direction with data to prove it.
