Overview

In this role you drive strategic procurement transformation within Infineon’s Corporate Functions, aligning initiatives with company priorities to elevate procurement performance. You’ll lead cross-functional programs, governance, and change efforts to enable digitalization and AI-enabled improvements. You collaborate across procurement, operations, and digital teams to deliver executive-ready insights and impactful outcomes. This position offers a chances to shape enterprise-wide procurement and support sustainable, tech-driven growth.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead strategic procurement transformation initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
Establish governance frameworks and executive reporting for procurement programs
Manage a portfolio of high-impact Center of Competence projects with clear objectives and timelines
Drive organizational change management, adoption tracking, and enablement of digitalization/AI
Coordinate communication across procurement, operations, corporate functions, and digital teams
Lead a global transformation office and teams across regions to ensure enterprise-wide adoption

Zentrale Anforderungen

10+ years in procurement, procurement transformation, management consulting, or corporate transformation
Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar
Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and organizational change
Strong English communication and executive presence with senior leaders
High resilience, multi-tasking, and time management in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with data storytelling
Deep understanding of procurement operating models, sourcing, category management, and governance
Collaborative, facilitative, and stakeholder-engagement skills
Integrity, discretion, and the ability to lead a global team of procurement professionals
