Senior Director, Global HR Technology and Digital Transformation

In this role you will define and drive the global HR technology, AI and digitalisation agenda. You will sit on the HR Leadership Team to shape a scalable, modern HR tech ecosystem that enhances employee and manager experience and enables data-led decisions. A key priority is steering the Workday to SAP SuccessFactors transition and building a long-term digital HR roadmap with AI, automation and digital adoption. You will lead cross-functional programmes and set governance, with a focus on impact, adoption and continuous improvement.

• Set and govern global HR digital strategy and multi-year roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Lead the HR technology portfolio (including SAP SuccessFactors) and oversee integrations, data, security and adoption.
• Define and implement AI, automation and digital-innovation initiatives to boost productivity and insights.
• Improve employee and manager experience through intuitive digital HR services and self-service.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR Technology and Digitalisation function and develop capability in data, platforms and service delivery.
• Establish governance for HRIS, data quality, security and reporting; enable strategic workforce insights.

• Senior leadership experience in HR Technology, Digital HR or related fields in global organizations.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale HR technology and digital transformation programmes, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday.
• Strong understanding of HR data, governance, integrations and digital service delivery.
