Senior Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant - Manufacturing/Production

As a trusted advisor, you drive data‑driven transformation for clients using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You lead the end‑to‑end value journey—from landing to renewing—working with sales, services, and partners to demonstrate value, build business cases, and accelerate platform adoption. You engage C‑level stakeholders, run value workshops, and shape strategic roadmaps that translate objectives into measurable impact. This role combines process expertise with consulting to accelerate transformation at scale.

• Identify and Frame Value by translating strategic priorities into high‑impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win customers
• Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value projects and communicate the value opportunity to executives
• Facilitate value workshops and use Celonis to qualify opportunities for process enhancement
• Derive improvement measures in core business functions and drive enterprise‑wide change initiatives
• Present realized value to senior management and C‑level executives
• Own the end‑to‑end customer value journey: landing, expanding, adoption, renewing
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide product feedback to enhance Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases

• Analytical role experience focused on delivering value through data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment
• Customer‑facing experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a SaaS/provider background
• Knowledge of Business Software / SaaS apps (e.g., SAP); experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboards, apps, action flows
• Programming knowledge with Python and/or SQL; ability to collaborate with IT teams
• Experience in identifying use cases for process improvement and driving change, including training users
• Project management experience across multiple accounts and value journey stages
• Executive stakeholder management and ability to present value roadmaps and results
• Business domain expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain; understanding of transformation initiatives
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals preferred
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or comparable
• Native-level German (written and spoken) for workshops and executive presentations
