Lead/Principal Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant - Manufacturing/Production

As a Principal Value Engineer, you steer the value journey for customers, translating strategic priorities into concrete Celonis use cases and value outcomes. You partner with Sales, Services, and ecosystem to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal while delivering measurable business impact. You act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, shaping value roadmaps and enterprise transformations. This role sits at the intersection of process expertise, analytics, and strategic consulting in a fast-growing tech company.

• Identify and frame customer value through high-impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win buyers
• Conduct value assessments or proof-of-value projects and present strategic roadmaps
• Facilitate value workshops and qualify opportunities for process improvement
• Derive improvement measures and initiate enterprise-wide change actions
• Present realized value to senior management and executives
• Own end-to-end customer value journey: landing, expanding, adopting, renewing
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps and feedback to product teams

• Analytical background focused on delivering value through data analysis and software deployment
• Experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT/management consulting, or an internal data/analytics CoE
• Knowledge of business software/SaaS (e.g., SAP), RPA and/or BI tools, dashboards/apps
• Python and/or SQL knowledge
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and managing multiple projects
• Executive stakeholder management and strong communication/presentation skills
• Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals (preferred)
• Degree in technology/engineering/informatics/economics or comparable field
• Experience with translating use cases into value realization and change management
