Define the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Rapid7’s Next-Generation SIEM and Threat Detection components
Break ambitious goals into time-bound, pivotable milestones to ensure rapid, measurable outcomes
Align and inspire a global, cross-functional organization around strategic initiatives
Build networks across Engineering, Detection Science, and SOC Operations to improve the Managed Detection and Response customer experience
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality capabilities on time and ensure accountability for commitments
Transform market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into a prioritized, actionable backlog
Make efficient, transparent, and data-backed decisions to resolve roadblocks and accelerate product momentum
Work cross-functionally with engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams to deliver scalable, differentiated capabilities

Requirements

7+ years of progressive product management leadership experience specifically focused on SIEM, Log Management, or SOC platform solutions within high-growth B2B SaaS or cloud environments
Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations, advanced threat detection methodologies, and the nuances of the managed services delivery market
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and align high-performing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-stakes security environments
Superior communication skills to articulate product objectives, strategic rationale, and value proposition to technical analysts and executive leadership
Curiosity, commitment to driving progress over perfection, and resilience navigating complex organizational and market change
Disciplined, rigorous, and data-driven approach to evaluating product performance, measuring customer impact, and prioritizing investments
