Director, Specialist Sales, Advisors Business Development

As Director, Specialist Sales for Advisors Business Development, you lead Test & Learn platform sales across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, driving multimillion-dollar, multi-year deals. You will articulate the value of bundling Test & Learn with Mastercard Data & Services offerings to senior client audiences and forge strategic partnerships across the D&S sales ecosystem. You’ll build robust pipelines, influence c-suite stakeholders, and shepherd complex sales cycles to revenue growth in key verticals. This role sits at the intersection of data-driven services and client-focused growth, offering impact at scale.

• Lead Test & Learn platform sales in DACH and grow revenue with new client campaigns
• Develop and execute a sales strategy for a defined set of prospect accounts to secure multi-year deals
• Build and convert a cold pipeline into signed platform deals
• Position bundling of Test & Learn with other Mastercard D&S products to drive value
• Present to senior client audiences with clear, fact-based messaging to influence large deals
• Collaborate across the Data & Services Sales CBL population to align opportunities and resources
• Serve as Mastercard D&S ambassador to senior client stakeholders (including C-suite)
• Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytics to compete with internal and external stakeholders

• 15+ years of progressively complex hunting sales within Financial Services, Digital/Retail/Restaurants/Tech sectors
• Native level proficiency in English and/or German
• Strong commercial drive with ability to build and monetize senior client relationships
• Proven track record in software or data-driven solution selling with long sales cycles (12–18+ months)
• Ability to generate and manage a robust pipeline with limited lead generation support
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities for large deals
• Extensive C-level / EVP / SVP network and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Revenue management and P&L experience
