Dynamic Wireless Power Transfer System Engineer (m/f/d) – Requirements Focus

In this role you drive the development and integration of dynamic wireless power transfer for EU applications within DENSO's System R&D. You will coordinate cross‑functional and external partner efforts, translate needs into system requirements, and shape technical outcomes through demonstrations, pilots, and documentation. You will stay ahead of tech, market, and regulatory trends to guide strategic DWPT solutions. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with high impact on electrification initiatives.

• Plan, execute, and evaluate DWPT demonstrations and business cases
• Derive system and product requirements from results and stakeholder input
• Interface with external partners (OEMs, fleet operators, infrastructure providers, government)
• Coordinate technical inputs from internal teams and external stakeholders
• Translate external needs into system boundary conditions and requirements
• Prepare high‑quality presentations and decision-support materials
• Document outcomes, action items, and next steps from workshops and meetings
• Monitor and analyze trends in DWPT, electrification, and infrastructure

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• Experience in system engineering, preferably in electrification or energy systems
• Experience with system/product level requirements definition
• Strong ability to communicate complex topics clearly
• Proven skill in creating clear, structured, visually strong presentations
• Experience working with external partners and cross-organizational stakeholders
