E-Commerce Project Manager, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Act as the central interface between clients, designers, developers, and sales.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead regular meetings with clients and teams to discuss project progress and identify and resolve issues early.
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Contribute your own ideas and develop strategies to optimize our project workflows.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an agency or the e-commerce sector
• Prior experience working with Shopify
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Asana, or ClickUp
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
• Independent and structured working style
• Strong affinity for (new) digital media and technologies
• Willingness to contribute ideas and innovations in a creative and collaborative environment
