We do not sell off‑t‑shelf software licences; our engineers build custom enterprise AI solutions across healthcare, manufacturing, tech, and the public sector. Because nothing gets built until it is sold, our commercial team is load‑bearing and directly shapes technical scoping from day one. You will be the growth engine turning unsolved business challenges into high‑impact AI deployments.

What You’ll Do

Hunt target enterprise accounts and build pipeline across outbound prospecting, personal network, and ecosystem events without relying on inbound leads.
Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise rooms involving IT security, engineering leaders, procurement, and legal.
Partner closely with elite in‑house AI strategists and engineers who join your calls, build demos, and co‑author technical proposals.
Scope client business problems and translate them directly into signed paid pilots and statements of work.
Expand key account footprints across healthcare, industrial, public sector, and tech verticals to drive long‑term commercial growth.

What success looks like

Month 1: Master our AI solution portfolio, shadow live customer deals, and map your first 50 target enterprise accounts directly into the CRM.

Month 2‑3: Build an active outbound pipeline, advance your first qualified opportunities, and deliver your first collaborative proposal alongside an AI engineer.

By end of Q1: Establish fully functioning pipeline momentum with active negotiations running across your target verticals and qualified pilots in scoping.

Who This Is a Fit For

3+ years closing complex B2B solutions, consultative services, or custom technical deals.
Proven track record with quantifiable quota attainment on your CV.
Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English, capable of pitching and negotiating in both.
Technically fearless and comfortable discussing machine learning concepts without relying on slides.
Autonomous operator who builds their own weekly structure and pipeline in ambiguity.
Able to spend 4 consecutive days per month in Berlin plus occasional client travel.
