Enterprise AI Value Strategist - Manager (all genders)

In this role you shape data and AI strategy to enable enterprise-wide reinvention and value creation. You work with senior clients to translate AI and data opportunities into growth, operating models, and measurable business outcomes. You will lead workstreams, drive large-scale delivery, and partner across ecosystems to embed Responsible AI and accelerate transformation. This is a hands-on, strategic role with impact on technology, processes, and people.

• Shape and structure data and AI strategy to enable growth and competitive advantage
• Assess AI and data foundation maturity and define building blocks for AI-first organization
• Create business cases, investment profiles, and roadmaps for strategy delivery
• Embed Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships while defining operating models for innovation
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
• Develop strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities

• AI & Data experience including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
• High-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery and leading workstreams
• Experience managing senior stakeholders
• Engineering problem-solver mindset applying technology to business problems
• Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities
