ERP Commercial Solution Engineer/Architect

As an ERP Commercial Solution Engineer, you will shape Corteva’s SAP-based Commercial capabilities within the ERP platform, focusing on end-to-end OTC, pricing, and billing processes. You will design, configure, test, and support SAP S/4HANA and related solutions across global operations, bridging IT and business to deliver scalable, future-state solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust ERP designs and roadmaps. This role offers impact by aligning processes with the company’s Commercial strategy and modernization efforts in a global context.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into ERP designs
• Design end-to-end solutions using SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP GTS, and related tools
• Configure systems, customize functionalities, and implement enhancements
• Conduct testing to ensure quality and reliability of configurations and developments
• Integrate SAP with eCommerce, SAP GTS, and third-party applications; design interfaces and data mappings
• Coordinate with integration teams on middleware solutions and data consistency
• Provide ongoing SAP support, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and patching
• Document designs, configurations, and procedures; enable knowledge transfer
• Train end-users and support teams; stay updated on SAP technologies and best practices
• Identify optimization opportunities and participate in upgrades or cloud migrations

• Experience supporting Commercial business processes in large global organizations
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash: Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Customer Master Data, and Customer Service
• Experience designing solutions for aATP, DRC, Vistex, Sales Pricing, Rebates, and Commercial Reporting
• Ability to evaluate requirements and propose scalable SAP and non-SAP solutions
• Fit-gap analysis, effort estimation, and opportunity identification
• Knowledge of SAP integration patterns, APIs, and middleware; SAP-external integration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
• Effective communication and stakeholder management; independent execution
• Experience with implementation partners, managed services, or third-party vendors preferred
