Commercial Energy Solutions Consultant

As an Electrification Consultant, you will support customers in deploying pilot projects and driving business development around electrified power solutions in Europe. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to analyze site operations, design viable technical and economic options, and oversee on-site deployment and field support. Your role blends technical problem-solving with value-based selling to help customers reduce costs and advance sustainability. You will operate in a collaborative, field-focused environment with travel and on-site customer engagements.

• Analyze customer site operations to propose viable electrification solutions that meet productivity and cost targets
• Coordinate on-site activities and partner interactions to deliver project milestones
• Support deployment of electrified solutions with customer sites and NPI teams
• Provide close field support for pilots and new technology introductions
• Develop field pilot plans with internal teams and external partners
• Document learning objectives and measure outcomes through data-driven methods
• Monitor system performance and report test results to stakeholders

• Progressive experience in Construction and/or Power Generation environments with electrified solutions
• Ability to translate site information into customized electrification solutions (battery, hybrid, grid integrations)
• Experience supporting deployment of solutions on customer sites
• Understanding of Total Cost of Ownership and economics in electrification
• Strong communication of technical and commercial aspects to diverse audiences
• Ability to navigate a large matrix organization and manage customer relationships
