In this role you help energy providers digitalize and modernize their sales, networks and services. You work with cross-functional teams to turn business concepts into implementable solutions and deliver value through CRM, billing and data platforms. You will guide transformation programs, shape target architectures, and mentor delivery teams to ensure high-quality results. • Provide technical support across energy sales, services, customer solutions and networks from requirements to target architecture and implementation
• Translate business concepts into solution designs for implementation teams with use-case detailing, capability mapping, and data flow analyses
• Lead hands-on delivery of energy solutions (CRM, billing, pricing, forecasting, planning, logistics) and digital data platforms
• Manage transformation programs, coordinate activities, and guide delivery teams (business analysts, developers)
• Improve delivery quality by developing and sharing methodological approaches and best practices

• Degree in a relevant field (business informatics, business administration or related)
• Minimum two years’ experience with energy suppliers, software development or energy IT project management
• Experience working with teams of business analysts and developers across multi-sub-projects
• Experience designing, implementing and configuring energy supply software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Powercloud, SIV, Wilken)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a drive for high-quality results
• Basic understanding of IT landscapes of energy suppliers, core systems, interfaces and data landscapes
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to align teams and present concepts to IT stakeholders and business partners
• English fluent; German a plus
