Overview

In this role you help energy providers modernize IT and digital platforms. You work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end transformation programs. You shape target architectures for systems like CRM, billing, and data platforms, and you guide delivery through governance and best practices. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to growing the Energy Utilities portfolio. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of energy and IT transformation, offering a chance to influence platforms and processes at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Own end-to-end functional and technical workstreams in transformation programs for energy providers
Lead interdisciplinary delivery teams and coach consultants and analysts
Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution designs and target architectures
Own architecture and implementation of energy solutions (CRM, billing, pricing, forecasting, planning, logistics) and digital data platforms
Manage transformation programs, including roadmap, governance, and quality assurance
Establish and advance best practices for delivery teams in energy utilities
Support proposal development and contribute to portfolio growth

Zentrale Anforderungen

Minimum of five years of relevant experience in energy utilities, IT implementation projects, or transformation programs
Experience leading project teams or key workstreams within larger programs
Solid experience designing and implementing energy software solutions (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Powercloud, SIV, Wilken)
Strong understanding of IT architectures in energy utilities and current data/platform trends
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking, with complex business case experience
Confident communication and stakeholder management up to senior management
Fluent in German and English (additional Polish, Czech, or Hungarian is a plus)
