• Shape digital transformation and IT strategy for clients
• Drive projects forward using agile methodologies
• Analyze client situations to create tailored customer journeys
• Design and optimize IT architectures within enterprise requirements
• Work in an AI-enabled environment and help clients build AI capabilities
• Steer relevant modules and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Four+ years of IT consulting experience with transformation and implementation projects in strategy and operations
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people
• Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and willingness to deepen AI fluency
• Familiarity with IT development stages and IT processes
• Proven ability to build complex business cases
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary and global contexts and willing to travel
• Proficient in German and English
• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline
