Join BCG Platinion to lead the transformation and modernization of complex OSS landscapes for leading telecoms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze service fulfillment, assurance, network management, and inventory, translating business challenges into target visions and roadmaps. You will design cloud-native, API-first OSS architectures and drive integration with OSS, BSS, and network platforms, leveraging AI and automation. You will manage large-scale workstreams in agile programs, travel as needed, and operate in a German/English environment. • Drive transformation and modernization of OSS landscapes in telecoms
• Analyze processes, capabilities, and systems in service fulfillment, service assurance, network management, and inventory
• Translate challenges into target visions, capability roadmaps, and actionable steps
• Develop and evaluate modern OSS target architectures (microservices, API-first, cloud-native)
• Structure OSS workstreams in large-scale programs and support agile delivery
• Design integration of OSS, BSS, and network platforms and incorporate AI/automation

• Degree in (Business) Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with above-average grades
• At least four years’ experience transforming OSS landscapes in a consulting firm or telecom
• In-depth experience in service fulfillment, service assurance, network management, and inventory
• Familiarity with TM Forum Frameworx and eTOM and relevant OSS products and platforms
• Experience structuring and implementing OSS workstreams in large-scale transformation programs
• Understanding of modern OSS architectures and integration patterns (APIs, Enterprise Service Bus, event-driven)
• Ideally experience with AI or automation in OSS (AIOps or Predictive Fault Management)
• Thrives in agile, interdisciplinary teams; willing to travel; communicates in German and English
