In this role, you will drive cybersecurity engagements across national and international client projects, shaping secure digital transformations. You’ll craft strategies, assess risks, and design architectures to protect client environments while collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams. You will contribute to the growth of the cybersecurity practice and work in fast-paced, international settings. • conduct cybersecurity assessments and develop a risk‑based roadmap
• develop cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures
• design and develop cybersecurity architectures
• shape digitalization initiatives with a focus on organizational and technical solutions
• create tailored cybersecurity solutions for diverse clients
• lead smaller project teams
• maintain awareness of multiple cybersecurity frameworks

• degree in (business) informatics or a related field
• at least four years of relevant cybersecurity experience, ideally in IT consulting
• experience leading smaller project teams
• familiarity with ISO/IEC 27000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, COBIT, etc.
• practical knowledge across security policy development, security architecture, risk management, IAM, monitoring, vulnerability management
• ability to communicate complex topics in German and English
• willingness to travel
• ability to develop complex business cases
