ERP Functional Consultant / GTMS Consultant

As GTMS Consultant you will lead high-visibility GTMS implementations to deliver tangible business benefits. You act as the primary customer contact, guiding requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and handover. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery and enable self-sufficiency after go-live, leveraging cloud-based GTMS capabilities to drive revenue insight and growth.

• Lead end-to-end GTMS implementations from requirements to go-live and hypercare
• Develop deep expertise in GTMS features and map customer needs to system design
• Design and build the system following best practices
• Coordinate with back-office teams to set up the system, build interfaces, tailor UI, and deliver reports
• Create functional specifications to guide custom enhancements and reports
• Conduct system walkthroughs during build to demonstrate solutions and address pain points
• Perform QA to ensure a smooth testing experience
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions for customer handover
• Orchestrate production cutover and coordinate cross-team go-live tasks
• Continually learn new GTMS features and mentor new hires

• Experience in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Revenue to Report, Pricing and other Revenue Management programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment
• Excellent communication and client handling under pressure
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn new software features and perform configuration
• Full lifecycle software implementations from requirements to hypercare
• Experience running workshops to gather requirements and design the to-be solution
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation experience with packaged software
