European Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a European Quality Assurance Specialist to support our European Quality team in maintaining and improving quality systems within a regulated environment.

Based in Mörfelden‑Walldorf, this role works closely with the European QA Manager and internal stakeholders across Europe to support quality processes, metrics, training, and compliance activities.

What you’ll do

• Support European organizations and shared services in the documentation and implementation of quality and operational processes
• Assist with maintaining ISO‑compliant Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IVDR)
• Support quality complaint handling and quality system metrics reporting
• Assist with internal audits, inspections, and follow‑up activities
• Support preparation of quality training materials and employee training activities
• Coordinate responses to quality‑related inquiries and questionnaires
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners

What we are looking for in you

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent)
• 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a regulated environment preferred
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IVDR
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Fluent English; German and French or Italian required
