EV Dealer Network Development Manager/Senior Manager

As one of the first Dealer Network Development employees, you will be a key member of the European founding team with ownership of service architecture, governance and strategic setup in new markets from scratch.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and execute national/regional dealer network strategy in accordance with the company’s global strategic plan
• Monitor and improve network quality to increase acquisition performance of new partners

Job Requirements

• Possess 5 years+ experience in automotive store site selection, especially 4S store site selection and project resources in the responsible region.
• Skilled in the full-cycle work of site planning, project evaluation, lease negotiation, store construction and preparation, as well as all relevant business procedures.
• Fluent in English as a working language.
