About the Company

Our client is a well-established Polish construction company specializing in complex MEP solutions, including electrical, sanitary, HVAC and ventilation installations. The company delivers projects in Poland and across multiple European markets, with a growing portfolio of technologically advanced projects, including data centers, industrial facilities and commercial buildings. As part of its international expansion strategy, the company is establishing a new operational entity (subsidiary/branch) in Germany.

Role Purpose

The Managing Director will be responsible for setting up, developing and leading the newly established company in Germany. The role is primarily focused on business development, acquisition of new projects and building a sustainable local organization capable of independently delivering complex MEP contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• esDriving business development and actively acquiring new projects on the German market, particularly data center and technically complex MEP projec
• tsBuilding and maintaining long-term relationships with investors, general contractors, end clients and strategic partne
• rsRepresenting the company on the German market and acting as its key point of conta
• ctDefining and executing the company’s local growth strategy in line with group objectiv
