• Confident communication with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical and operational topics into formats that are easy to understand for different audiences, especially management and clients.
• Structured, decisive working style with a strong ownership mentality.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude toward change.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel: occasional business trips within the DACH region (by agreement with the client).
