Expert Analytics (m/f/d)

You will drive data-driven BI solutions across SAP and cloud ecosystems for a global leader in ceramics and lifestyle. In this role you collaborate with business users to refine analytics requirements and define solution pathways, while building robust ETL processes and frontend analytics apps. You’ll administer and support BI platforms, and enable colleagues with training and up-to-date documentation. This position offers the chance to shape reporting capabilities that empower cross-functional decision making.

• Requirement engineering and consulting with business users to refine reporting and analytics needs
• Developing and maintaining ETL processes and BI artifacts in SAP BW4/HANA, SAP Datasphere, and Google Cloud BigQuery
• Designing and maintaining frontend analytics applications in SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office, and Google Data Studio
• Administration and support of BW4/HANA and SAP Datasphere, including legacy BI systems decommissioning
• Enablement and documentation through training on SAC and Analysis for Office; maintaining data catalog and dashboard finder; applying AI tools where applicable

• Analytical skills with ability to present complex contexts clearly
• Experience with BPMN 2.0 and data-driven analysis
• Hands-on BI experience in SAP BW4/HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAC, Analysis for Office
• Deep knowledge of core processes in at least two S/4HANA modules
• Experience with Google Cloud BigQuery and Google Data Studio
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
