These are your tasks

• advise and support ONLINE Systemlogistik's system partners, including directly at their sites
• work closely with the system partners to ensure and continuously improve service and process quality
• compile, analyse and evaluate quality and environmental performance indicators; identify, initiate and monitor appropriate improvement measures
• verify compliance with defined quality standards at transhipment facilities and support system partners in implementing the relevant measures
• measure and assess whether quality and environmental targets are being met; develop appropriate optimisation strategies
• contribute to the planning, organisation and holding of training courses, workshops and information sessions
• work independently on cross-functional projects to further develop the network, quality standards and internal processes
• support the OSL management team with operational, strategic and organisational matters
• promote an open quality and environmental culture
• travel: This varied role involves business travel within Germany and Europe to support and further develop our system partners.

• in-depth knowledge of freight forwarding in the general cargo sector
• experience in optimising and further developing logistics processes
• practical IT skills (MS Office)
