Expert Functional Consulting - Quotation-to-Cash (Q2C) (m/f/d)

In this role, you drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within a global SAP S/4HANA landscape. You bridge business stakeholders and IT service providers to ensure stable operations, high-quality solutions, and ongoing improvements. You will lead template-aligned design and governance, and oversee integration of acquired entities into the global SAP S/4HANA template. Your work enables cross-functional alignment across Sales, Projects, Logistics, Procurement, Production, and Finance.

• Own and optimize end-to-end Q2C and O2C processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Ensure stable operations, service quality, and continuous improvement per SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL
• Lead the design and governance of template-aligned SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Drive integration and migration of acquired entities into the global SAP S/4HANA template
• Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers
• Ensure high-quality functional solutions and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Projects, Logistics, Procurement, Production, and Finance

• 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong SAP S/4HANA Q2C and O2C expertise
• Proven track record in multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects
• Deep knowledge of SAP SD, Fiori, workflows, and approval processes
• University degree in IT, Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field
• Strong English communication; SAP S/4HANA and/or ITIL certifications are advantageous
• Experience in international and cross-functional environments; willingness to travel for deployments and integration activities
