Expert SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Engagement Management (f/m/d)

As an Expert SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Engagement Manager, you drive engagement management processes in the S/4HANA Public Cloud within PwC’s Products & Technology team. You define guidelines, standards, and the target solution architecture to align with the future system landscape. You assess innovations, ensure end-to-end integration, and support incident analysis to continuously improve the cloud solution. You will also explore cloud innovations (RPA/ML) to enhance efficiency and outcomes for clients. This role offers a chance to shape how PwC Germany delivers technology-enabled services at scale.

• Assume technical ownership of engagement management processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud, aligning with standard functions and industry needs
• Define guidelines, standards, and solution architecture for engagement management
• Evaluate S/4HANA Public Cloud innovations and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure provisioning, maintenance, and end-to-end integration of SAP S/4HANA-based processes within EM
• Provide Level 3 support and perform root cause analysis for S/4HANA Cloud, x-BOS solutions, and technical integrations
• Evaluate and implement cloud innovations (e.g., RPA and ML) to drive improvements

• Several years of experience in SAP engagement management (sales/opportunity/project management)
• Ideally with initial experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud and multi-tenant/public cloud environments
• Knowledge of SSCUI configuration for engagement management (sales, material master, pricing, CPM, EPPM)
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Analytical, independent, and structured approach; strong communication for cross-team collaboration
