FAP Support Specialist

JOBOPENING

• Title: FAP Support Specialist
• Location: Ansbach, Germany
• Start Date: Immediately
• Job-Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) – Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the ACS Office. Personnel should be available on short notice.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in English (reading, writing). Read, write, and speak English at Level 4 (fluency).
• Knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet, and Customer Service experience.
• The ability to present information orally and in written format (i.e., marketing, correspondence, minutes, professional emails, etc.).
• Effective interaction with various individuals is imperative.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning, programming, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide Family Advocacy Program Services.
• Administrative actions (material requisitioning, Quality Control, financial control, meetings, and correspondence).
• Prepare reports, schedule training, and maintain the database.

This position is not eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.
