Field Sales Lead Specialist

Initiate, direct, and execute the sales strategy to generate, grow, and maximize World Courier business opportunities and sales
Achieve or exceed targeted plan revenue goals for the territory
Develop and implement a strategic plan aligned with World Courier’s strategic direction
Collaborate with Regional sales teams on organizational and business unit strategies
Foster a positive, cooperative, communicative, efficient, and transparent sales-team culture
Monitor non-revenue objectives and ensure personal objectives are achieved
Identify potential Biopharmaceutical and Clinical Trials–Specialty Logistics clients
Visit prospective clients and promote World Courier specialty logistics offerings
Manage the sales portfolio budget and control costs
Attend and present at relevant conferences, trade shows, and events
Maintain communications with key clients and identify satisfaction and relationship-growth opportunities
Coordinate advertising within designated portfolios and measure effectiveness
Maintain Salesforce activity records for activities, meetings, pipeline opportunities, secured business, and relationships
Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

Four-year Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar vocation
6-8 years of experience delivering high-quality, relevant selling services
Sales experience, general sales expertise, and account-based sales experience preferred
Experience selling to or working with personnel in the pharmaceutical or medical logistics industry preferred
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong analytic skills
Strong creativity skills, particularly creative problem solving
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other company systems and programs
Ability to travel
