Field Sales Specialist – Sales Specialist

• Manage and develop commercial relationships with customers and prospects within your portfolio
• Define the market strategy (pricing policy and capacity) in line with the overall sales strategy
• Serve as the commercial department’s point of reference for your assigned territory
• Prepare sales forecasts for your assigned territory
• Provide technical specification support in collaboration with the R&D department
• Monitor commercial developments within your assigned territory
• Coordinate participation in events related to your markets with the company’s marketing teams
• Produce regular reports for your management team
• Manage the I&C scope (installers and distributors) across the Île-de-France, Northern France and Normandy regions

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in a similar role
• Dynamic, proactive and adaptable
• Excellent business development skills
• Field-based role with a home-office arrangement
• Occasional travel to the Montereau-Fault-Yonne (77) and Charvieu (38) sites is required
