Overview

In this role you will oversee bolt replacement equipment during nuclear outages, ensuring repair, testing, and on-site operation. You’ll lead a small team of technicians and engineers, collaborating with engineering to validate and improve products and processes. Your work drives reliability and safety in plant outages, applying specialized equipment knowledge at sites worldwide. This is a hands-on, leadership-heavy position with clear impact on outage execution and equipment performance.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Repair and maintenance of bolt replacement and related field service equipment
Commissioning and testing of newly designed equipment
Support Product and Development Engineers during testing phases
Train new team members and subcontractors on bolt replacement equipment
On-site operation leading small teams and other Westinghouse products during outages
Manufacture or modification of electrical and mechanical components
Assemble equipment and tooling
Collaborate across departments and countries

Zentrale Anforderungen

10 years operating and maintaining bolt replacement equipment with global experience
Minimum 2–3 participations in maintenance of bolt replacement equipment or similar complex field service equipment
Preferred experience as a shift lead / jump lead on bolt replacement jobs
Basic knowledge of computers, software installation, and networking
Strong mechanical and/or electrotechnical aptitude
Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, procedures
English proficiency at least A2, with B1+ preferred
Local language proficiency in Germany/Spain/Belgium (native or C1/C2)
