• Drive sales for designated cell health & centrifugation products within the territory
• Develop deep understanding of customer workflows and needs in biopharma and life science research
• Collaborate with industry experts to craft customized client solutions
• Define and execute sales strategies involving multiple decision-makers
• Conduct negotiations to achieve management-set budget targets

• Master’s degree in Life Science (Biology, Biochemistry, or related field) or PhD
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Proactive, open, and committed attitude
• IT proficient: MS Office; Salesforce experience a plus
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel ~50% within territory; valid driver’s license
