Field Technical Program Manager

In this role you lead a portfolio of highly complex, high-visibility programs to align with customer objectives and drive delivery excellence. You operate as a senior leader in the PS practice, guiding technical delivery discussions and mentoring the team to scale global impact. You enable strategic milestones across concurrent engagements and foster continuous improvements in delivery standards. This opportunity centers on shaping large-scale programs that advance customers’ data and AI goals.

• Lead a portfolio of complex, high-visibility programs aligned to customer objectives
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency within the PS team
• Coordinate technical milestones and dependencies across multiple engagements
• Serve as primary lead for complex delivery discussions with senior management
• Mentor junior TPMs and refine delivery processes to scale impact

• 5–8 years managing complex technical programs
• Databricks Associate-level Certification required within 6 months of hire
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into program management workflows
• Track record of process innovation to improve delivery performance
• PMP Certification required within 6 months of hire
