Technical Program Manager, RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) Team in Erfurt

As a Shift-based Maintenance Lead in a fulfillment center, you oversee the technical area, guiding maintenance teams to maximize system availability. You’ll ensure safe, efficient operation of conveyors, building systems, and automated equipment, while shaping training and improvements. Your work supports rapid, reliable order fulfillment at scale within a diverse, safety‑focused culture. • Shift leadership of the maintenance team and all automated sorting/conveyor systems, industrial trucks, and building systems
• Design training and development plans for team members
• Ensure high availability with modern maintenance approaches such as Condition Based Maintenance (CBM)
• Implement safety standards and foster a proactive safety culture
• Promote ongoing development of team members in hard and soft skills
• Develop concepts for continuous optimization of systems based on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Lead and support technical greenfield and brownfield projects
• Plan and adhere to the site maintenance budget
• Evaluate KPIs to analyze technical systems and processes

• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Experience with computers, including MS Excel, Word and Office
• Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics
• Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators
• Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems
• Experience in project management
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Master's degree or Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred)
