Lead Technical Program Manager, RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) Team in Erfurt

In this shift-based role, you oversee the entire technical area of a fulfillment center, leading maintenance teams to maximize system availability of conveyors, sorting, and building systems. You drive safe, efficient operations and ensure timely inspections and maintenance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall equipment effectiveness and support sustainable growth. • Shift leadership of maintenance teams and all automated systems (sorting, conveyors, industrial trucks, building systems)
• Design training and development plans for staff
• Maximize system availability using modern maintenance approaches (CBM)
• Enforce safety standards and foster proactive safety culture
• Develop and support personnel in hard and soft skills for growth
• Create optimization concepts for all systems based on OEE
• Lead and support technical greenfield and brownfield projects
• Plan and monitor maintenance budget for the site
• Evaluate KPIs to analyze technical systems and processes

• Experience in maintenance management of automated and industrial systems
• Knowledge of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and safety standards
• Budget planning and KPI analysis experience
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) and automation integrations
• Project management experience
• Fluent in work schedule flexibility including weekends/nights/holidays
• MS Excel, Word, Office proficiency
• Bachelor or Master degree and/or Six Sigma Black Belt are preferred
• Industry experience in logistics or manufacturing environments
