Field Training Specialist – Law Enforcement

• Deliver training (online/remote and in-person, end-user and instructor-level)
• Develop training content (instructional design, curriculum development)
• Support pre‑sales activities (demonstrations, customer orientation for trials and evaluations)
• Interface with law enforcement customers on applications, use cases, and operational needs
• Prepare operations plans and file field reports for training projects
• Coordinate with the broader Customer Experience and Field Forensics teams on customer feedback and product performance

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience using hand‑held field detection and analysis technologies in a field related to law enforcement, military operations, or public health
• Track record of successful ability to deliver technical training and development to non‑technical and operational personnel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to deliver training remotely, online when not traveling and work from a home office to engage customers, and the broader Customer Experience and Field Forensics teams via web‑conference technology
• Experience managing and executing a training program for an organization preferred
• Prior experience working with or supporting law enforcement agencies (e.g., DEA, CBP, ATF, FBI, HSI) strongly preferred
• Ability to complete basic device maintenance and troubleshooting techniques to repair units while in the field
• Ability for domestic and international travel, up to 60%, to support the above
