Finance Business Partner ICT Western Europe (m/f/d)

As Finance Business Partner for Western Europe ICT, you will advise regional leaders on financial strategy, performance, and investments. You’ll lead FP&A activities, scenario analyses, and resource allocation to optimize the ~€200M Western Europe ICT business. You’ll collaborate with regional and global finance teams to drive efficiency and support strategic decisions. • Interpret and drive business performance for the Western Europe ICT cluster
• Lead Finance Business Partnering with cluster leaders and marketing
• Generate scenario analyses to inform planning and trade-offs
• Plan, coordinate and execute FP&A activities
• Support and influence operational and strategic decisions
• Present industry, competitor, and economic insights
• Advise on resource allocation within the cluster

• University degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
• 5+ years in financial modeling, data analysis, go-to-market strategies or investment management
• In-depth know-how in FP&A, performance measurement, financial governance, and pricing/incentives
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time in the region
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence and communicate effectively
• Strategic, proactive, and action-oriented with diplomacy when needed
