Finance Manager (Chinese, German, and English)

Key Responsabilities

• Responsible for local sales finance and business support;
• In charge of local accounts receivable risk, asset risk, tax, audit, and compliance management;
• Working for the overall management of local daily financial work, budgeting, and monthly closing, as well as the preparation and submission of various reports to headquarters;
• Responsible for local ERP system building and finance organizational management;
• Daily working of coordinating local systems and project management, expense reporting, SAP, and other systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related fields; at least 8 years of experience in the finance industry, including at least 5 years of experience managing a finance manager team;
• Background in financial management in manufacturing, home appliances, consumer electronics, or multinational corporations; proficient in general ledger accounting, financial statements, comprehensive budgeting, and internal control system development; familiar with European VAT, cross-border trade, and international tax compliance management;
• Tools and Languages: Proficient in SAP financial systems, skilled in Excel, and possesses excellent data analysis capabilities; able to use English as a working language and independently communicate with international business partners;
• Skilled in team coordination and organization, and possesses excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
• Working languages are Chinese ,English and German.
