Finance Manager (Retailer Accounts)

As Finance Manager for Global Retail, you will lead financial business partnering for the MSH account, shaping performance insights and governance of marketing investments. You will own category financials and drive ROI-focused decisions that align with global and regional goals. You’ll partner with senior leaders to translate account performance into actionable insights and validate investment choices. This role offers impact across a critical global retail partnership within Dyson’s fast-paced, change-ready culture.

• Lead global MSH financial business partnering to drive performance and strategic decision-making
• Own end-to-end category financials aligned with commercial priorities
• Govern and control marketing investments for MSH (BBI) with cost discipline and optimization
• Evaluate ROI across marketing and category initiatives and propose improvements
• Deliver in-depth performance analysis for category and account growth and risk identification
• Own forecasting for MSH category performance and marketing spend
• Drive annual planning and budgeting for the MSH account with clear, insight-led plans
• Provide robust financial modelling and scenario analysis for strategic decisions and negotiations
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls and compliance across MSH activities
• Build and maintain relationships with global account leadership, category teams, and marketing stakeholders

• 7–9 years in Finance with emphasis on financial business partnering in global retail environments (ideally with key accounts such as MSH)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Proven understanding of global retail financial dynamics and translating account performance into actionable insights
• Category finance experience: planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and supporting category teams
• Experience with marketing investments, ROI management, and improving marketing effectiveness in retail
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Advanced Excel, SAP, Power BI (or equivalent) with robust modelling and reporting capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a global matrix environment
• English fluency; additional European languages advantageous
